Our facility is built to help you train with purpose, whether you're here for a class or working independently. At CrossFit PRL, you’ll find high-quality equipment for every aspect of training, from cardio machines, all our Ergs are Concept2 and Assault Bikes to fully adjustable strength and conditioning kit.
We offer a broad selection of dumbbells and functional training tools to suit all levels and goals. Our gym also features a dedicated open gym area, available throughout our opening hours, even when classes are running, so you’ll always have the space and freedom to train your way.
We keep our class sizes small, capped at just 14 members, to ensure every session is personal, focused, and coached to the highest standard. This allows our coaches to provide real-time feedback, tailor movement guidance, and support every individual in the room.
Our introduction to CrossFit session is perfect for those who are brand new to CrossFit. This class covers the foundational movements and prepares you to confidently join our regular CrossFit sessions. These classes will be on a Saturday at 11:30am.
