Our gyms feature all of the latest kit, from cardio equipment like treadmills and spin bikes to strength and conditioning machines which are fully adjustable. We have a wide range of dumbbells so you’re guaranteed to find a weight which will suit you. We also have a cool-down/stretch area, perfect for that chill time at the end of an intense workout.
Our introduction to CrossFit session is perfect for those who are brand new to CrossFit. This class covers the foundational movements and prepares you to confidently join our regular CrossFit sessions. These classes will be on a Saturday at 11:30am.
