Rachel & Vic Reeve
Marianna
I’m a CrossFit Level 1, L1 Olympic Weightlifting coach, and L4 Sports & Conditioning coach with a huge love for team sports. CrossFit has been the foundation of my success in competing at national and international levels in Quadball for both England and Spain at European and World Cup events. I’ve also been selected for the Manchester regional tag rugby female team. I also love marathon running, having completed Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Valencia-with my sights now set on a trail ultra race! At CrossFit PRL, my goal is to help athletes of all levels reach their maximum potential and elevate their game inside and outside the gym. I also offer personal training for those working on their first TTB, pull-up, or handstand push-up, as well as sports-focused programming for running and team sports. Keep an eye out for my dog, Russ, who often comes along to help “coach” classes with me!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for more than 10 years now and started coaching just before the pandemic hit – coaching on Zoom was an experience!!! I absolutely love CrossFit and helping everyday people to improve and achieve things they never dreamed they were capable of. Seeing your confidence grow is such a privilege as a coach. I definitely prefer barbell work over gymnastics, and my favourite movements would be rowing, burpees, and barbell cycling. I’m a qualified CF coach, PT, and Nutritionist.

Passionate about health, fitness, and flavour, I’m a qualified chef with a love for CrossFit. Whether I’m in the kitchen crafting balanced, high-performance meals or pushing limits in the gym, I’m all about discipline, creativity, and making the most of my time in and out of the gym.

Sport and exercise have always been part of my life, but things got serious when I discovered CrossFit five years ago. Turns out I’d finally found something I was half decent at which is annoying, because I wish I’d found it 10 years earlier 🙂 I was thrown in at the deep end and absolutely loved it. Six months in, I somehow ended up on the dance floor RXing with Rach and Sal, and I’ve never looked back.
The pain cave is somewhere I weirdly enjoy being, but most importantly, I fell in love with it because of the people and the way we celebrate each other.
No matter your fitness level, CrossFit or HYROX (I’m a recent convert to the dark side of dodgy wallball standards 😜) genuinely enhances your life.
It’s not about comparing yourself to others it’s about tracking your own progress. It’s your journey, and if I can play even a small part in supporting you and being your biggest cheerleader, then I’m here for it.

An L2 Coach with a passion for sport. I turned to CrossFit after sustaining multiple injuries whilst playing rugby as a kid and all through university. The constantly varied approach to training and high emphasis on skill has made CrossFit stick for me and the benefits of training in a great community have scratched that itch I had from leaving team sport behind. I’ve not looked back since. Always down for a competition and favourite workout is Helen.

Our gym space is 2000 Square Feet, offering a large gym space for classes and a secondary gym space for individual training. We have changing / showering facilities on site. Also, an inhouse physio who you can work with if needed. We keep our class sizes small, capped at just 14 members, to ensure every session is personal, focused, and coached to the highest standard. This allows our coaches to provide real-time feedback, tailor movement guidance, and support every individual in the room. Our coaches are committed to your long-term progress, regularly checking in with you to track your results, answer questions, and make adjustments to your training plan as needed. Through ongoing support, expert guidance, and a community driven environment, we ensure you’re always moving forward and getting the most out of every session. Your success is our priority and we’re with you all the way.
Top-Notch Fitness Equipment
Our facility is built to help you train with purpose, whether you’re here for a class or working independently. At CrossFit PRL, you’ll find high-quality equipment for every aspect of training, from cardio machines, all our Ergs are Concept2 and Assault Bikes, to fully adjustable strength and conditioning kit. We also offer a large variety of Kettlebells, dumbbells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, sleds and much more to support HYROX and functional training. Our gym also features a dedicated open gym area, with weightlifting platforms ideal for Olympic Lifting, available throughout our opening hours, even when classes are running, so you’ll always have the space and freedom to train your way. Our Space is also a perfect fit for Personal Trainers, looking for a great space to train their clients out of.
